The one thing they all have in common is that they seek to challenge the status quo, are imaginative and have the ability to offer a fresh perspective.Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd is looking for a candidate to join our HR Advisory team in Geneva to fulfil the following mission statement :SCOPE OF ROLE :Managing the HR administration of employees’ lifecycle with direct client contact and providing advice on HR policies and regulations to employees ;Handling on- and off-boardings as well as internal transfers with respective updates of the employment records ;Handling all administrative HR tasks (certificates, attestations required by regulators, AVS, work permits, etc.) as well as entry-level and temporary recruitments (job ads, interviews, liaising with business) ;Updating and maintaining HR databases (e.g. Workday); researching and coordinating resolution of missing or incorrect data ;Owning and updating HR procedures and processes on a regular basis ;Participating in various HR operations’ enhancement and digitalization projects ;Working closely with and providing support to the HR Business Partners and other Advisors of the team on a daily basis.DESIRED PROFILE :Bachelor’s degree or certificate in HR or equivalent related experience ;Demonstrated knowledge of HR relevant laws, policies and best practices, in particular of Swiss employment laws ;Minimum 5-8 years of experience within a Human Resource team ;Demonstrated experience in HR administration and/or a strong tactical and hands-on experience and coordination skills set ;Excellent communication and teamwork skills; pragmatic and solution oriented ;Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in an fast and ever-changing environment ;Computer literacy – experience on Workday would be a strong asset ;French or English mother tongue, fluent in the other language (oral/written) ;Swiss citizenship or valid permit ;Domiciled in Switzerland.If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
